
Shipping and Refunds
Standard Shipping Charges
Shipping is usually charged by a flat rate according to the following
chart. However, some items may have higher or lower charges or
handling fees which SHOULD show up in your PayPal shopping cart. If
actual shipping costs are 20%-50% more than you were charged, we may
request additional payment. If
actual shipping costs are more than 50% higher than what you were charged, we WILL
require additional payment for actual shipping charges. If acutal shipping costs are substantially less than
what you were charged, you may request a refund of additional shipping fees.

Express or International Shipping Charges
Express or International shipping of lightweight items can usually be
handled by adding $7 using the add to cart button below. However,
if shipping charges are 20% or more, than we will bill you for the
additional charges.
Expedited or International Shipping only $7 more
Please call 888-Bday-678 to confirm before, during or after but payment
must be made on-line.

Refunds
All in stock items and regularly stocked items that have not been
shipped yet are 100%
refundable no questions asked. For example, you change your mind,
it is going to take too long or you find it for less, just let us know
and we will cancel your order. If the item has been sent, ACTUAL shipping charges will NOT be
refunded and a $5
restocking fee may apply for unopened packages and a $10 fee for opened
packages returned within 45 days. If returned within 2 days of delivery, restocking fee will be waived or reduced.
100% refund no questions asked as long as the merchandise has not been sent yet - excluding special orders.
Actual shipping charges will not be refunded on returned merchandise.
Returned merchandise must be returned within 45 days from date of
shipping. Some special orders may not be eligible for refunds.

For most merchandise a $5
restocking fee applies for unopened packages and a $10 fee for opened
items.
A 25% restocking fee may apply for special orders. Some special orders are non-refundable.
Exceptions:
Ordering additional identical items for groups of children will not be assessed a restocking fee if the return is for less than 35% of the quantity ordered.
For example: You order 14 tunics and favor sets. Only 12
children attend your party. The additional 2 sets may be returned
within 45 days of your original order date without a restocking fee. However,
if you received a discount for purchasing 8 or 12 and the return
results in a non-bulk discount, the kept items will revert to full
price.
If actual shipping charges are 50% or more, you will be charged
the difference. If actual shipping charges are 50% or less, you
may request a refund for the difference.
Estimated delivery time
for in stock
items is one week. Special orders
2 to 6 weeks. If you need a costume right away, please call

check for up to date inventory.
